Students must attend classes on time as per the schedule.
Attendance must be recorded in the designated register or through the biometric attendance system at the beginning and end of the class.
In case of late arrival or absence, students must inform the teacher/instructor in advance.
Insufficient attendance may result in restriction from appearing in examinations.
2. Dress Code & Identification
The prescribed uniform must be worn properly.
Students must carry their ID card at all times.
3. Classroom Discipline
Students must follow the instructions of the teacher/instructor.
Mobile phone usage inside the classroom is strictly prohibited.
No student should disturb others’ studies or the classroom environment.
Entry into the class outside scheduled hours without the teacher’s permission is not allowed.
4. Rules for Using the Computer Lab
Computers, keyboards, mouse, and other equipment must be used carefully.
No software installation/deletion or system setting changes are allowed without permission.
Any external device/pen drive must be reported to the instructor before use (to avoid virus risks).
Any damage to computer/lab equipment must be compensated by the student.
In case of malfunction, the instructor must be informed immediately.
5. Cleanliness & Responsibility
Classrooms and labs must be kept clean and tidy.
Food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside classrooms and labs.
Bags and water bottles are not allowed inside classrooms and labs.
Students must take care of their belongings (books, notebooks, pens, pencil box, bottles, etc.). The institute will not take responsibility for any loss.
Bicycles/motorbikes must be properly locked and parked in the designated area. The institute will not be responsible for theft of bicycles, bikes, or footwear.
The main gate of the premises must be closed properly after entering or leaving.
To avoid accidents, the main gate must never be left open outward.
6. Attitude Towards Learning
Homework/assignments must be completed regularly.
Practical work must be given due importance.
Participation in examinations and projects is compulsory.
7. Code of Conduct
Students must show respect towards teachers and fellow classmates.
Use of abusive language, quarrels, or misbehavior will not be tolerated.
Any violation of institutional rules may lead to disciplinary action.
